This 1986 recording, a studio session that has previously never been released, was Chet Baker's last studio session before leaving for Europe. Twenty years after Baker's untimely death in Amsterdam, the release of this long-forgotten studio recording services as a worthy tribute to one of the great, unmistakable improvisers in jazz. The bonus track "Moment's Notice" is found only on the vinyl format of the album making this vinyl version a collector's item.
